Melvin Williams, F.SAME, FACEC
Melvin C. Williams, F.SAME, FACEC, Vice President with Terracon Consultants, Inc. was named the 2023 Charleston Engineering Joint Council’s Engineer of the Year for demonstrating career development and professionalism, as well as local community leadership and outreach in the community.
Williams was also recognized nationally for Black History Month by the National Society of Black Engineers and the Society of American Military Engineers.
