MYRTLE BEACH, SC — Thomas & Hutton (T&H) is pleased to announce the following new hire in its Myrtle Beach Region.

Bill Pullar joined T&H as a Field Representative. Bill brings a wealth of experience as a US Naval Construction Battalions (Navy SEABEES) veteran and a US Air Force Civil Engineers retiree serving with both RED HORSE and Prime BEEF Units in Lebanon, Grenada, Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom. Bill retired from the New York State Department of Transportation as a Construction Project Engineer-In-Charge. Since retiring, he has consulted in various engineering and inspector roles. Bill obtained his AAS in Construction Management and Metallurgy from the Community College of the US Airforce. As a Field Representative at T&H, Bill performs routine construction observation services and liaises between T&H project managers and contractors for various land development projects across the Grand Strand.
