Project description: This project is a 1,019,200-square-foot building located within the Charleston Trade Center industrial campus. The facility features a 40-foot clear height, 120 fully equipped dock doors, two drive-in doors, ESFR fire protection, LED lighting, and expansive parking for cars and trailers. An upfit was performed for Twin Star Home, who leased the full building. The upfit includes 4,000-square-feet of office, a warehouse breakroom, and miscellaneous facility upgrades.
