Project description: Work is nearing completion on this new five-story, 84,000 SF mixed-use building. 677 King will bring new Class A office and retail space to Upper King Street. Situated between the Hwy 17 overpasses, the building is designed to be viewed from all four sides. Street level retail spaces will compliment the office space on the upper stories. The project will also add 120 parking spaces utilizing Charleston’s first “Car Matrix” mechanical parking system.
